Please plan your arrival so that you can comfortably reach the valley station by 3:00 p.m. at the latest. The last gondola ride for arrival departs at 4:45 p.m.. After that, there is NO alternative way to reach the hotel. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, dogs are very welcome at our hotel and may move freely throughout the hotel, except in the SPA and fitness area.

The earliest/first gondola ride down to the valley on the day of departure is at 9:00 a.m..
Upon arrival, we kindly ask you to visit the Info Center at the Schmitten valley station (next to the two cable car ticket counters) to receive your parking assignment and gondola tickets.
There are 3 parking options available:
P2 = covered parking space – EUR 15.00 per day
P-Small Hotel = uncovered parking space – EUR 10.00 per day
P6 = free parking, located a few minutes’ walk from the valley station
We kindly ask you to reserve your parking space together with your room reservation.
We also have three electric vehicle charging stations in case you’re traveling by electric car.
