Gondolas to the hotel, not just driving ...!
In both winter and summer, you can only travel to the Berghotel Schmittenhöhe using the Porsche Design gondola lift on the Schmittenhöhebahn.
Why is this important?
The gondola lift only runs from 09.00 to 16.30.
Unless you want to arrive on foot like Sissi, Empress of Austria, once did.
Avoid stress and blisters on your feet and plan your journey in good time.
The rides up and down the mountain with the Schmittenhöhebahn AG cable cars are included in the hotel room price. In winter, only the ride up on the day of arrival and the ride down on the day of departure are included. This means you can get around easily on the mountain. Your car can take a break. Please reserve a parking space at the Schmittenhöhebahn valley station. Thank you!
